SAINT ANTHONY – A new furry fall festival opens in Floresville next month.
The Black Barn Alpacas announced that it will open on October 1st and host a fall festival every weekend throughout the month.
Floresville’s 16-acre farm features more than 50 alpacas for guests to pet, feed and take photos with.
The fall festival will also include live music, carnival games, hay rides, food trucks, a pumpkin patch and bounce houses, according to a news release.
The autumn festival will be held from 10am to 10pm on Fridays, from 10am to 10pm on Saturdays and from 12pm to 5pm on Sundays throughout October.
The pumpkin patch will only be available from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday.
A three-hole washing machine tournament is scheduled for October 29.
The release states that people can buy their tickets online or at the door.
General admission is $10 each and children 2 and under are free. People can feed and walk the alpacas for $5.
