“We’re going to play in a parking lot, we’re going to play on a rink, grass, grass,” McCauley said. “We’ve got guys who want to play football, period. And those guys come in with that lunch-pale mentality that they’re willing to stick around, they’re willing to commit to overtime. There’s nobody that complain. there’s no one we train… everyone is willing to stay as long as it takes and they can work. when we open the stadium under the lights and we have the support of the community, I think that’s phenomenal for these little kids.”
