Zingerman’s Cheese Wins: The American Cheese Society has recognized Zingerman’s Creamery for its canute cervele, a version of the traditional cheese from Lyon, France. The fromage won second place in the “International Style Cheese with Added Flavor” category in the ACS’s annual competition.
