I want to thank the Caterpillar administration and employee volunteers for a fun and informative family day. I’ve had family and friends work for CAT at one point or another for almost 62 years, but I’ve never been inside the plant. That changed on Saturday, October 1.
Not only was my daughter allowed to visit her children and I (we were able to see where her father works and the general area where mother works), but we also enjoyed pumpkin painting, activities STEM, bounce houses, a car show, and especially the rides in the big mining vehicles! It was a well planned and fun filled day.
We are already waiting for Family Day 2023.
