On Saturday, August 20, the North District of the United Methodist Churches of Indiana will host a family event, “Stronger Together.” This free outdoor event on the lawn of Lakeville UMC (610 N. Michigan St., Lakeville, IN) will inspire us all to renew and energize our beliefs that together we are stronger.
The event will start at 11.00 and conclude at 16.00. There will be several worship and praise bands and speakers throughout the day. Guests are invited to bring a blanket or lawn chairs and eat at the food trucks present, including The Wooden Pantry, Yellow Cat Cafe and Crave on Taco, or bring their own picnic lunch. Plymouth Trinity snow cones will also be present with shaved ice.
Kids will love the bounce houses, face painting, balloon artist, craft tables, playground and more.
Stronger Together will also receive donations to Bashor Children’s Home for back-to-school needs during the event.
