COLUMBUS, Ind. – The Southwest Volunteer Fire Department is celebrating a Community Day and a fish fry in celebration of 50 years of community protection. The event is this Saturday, September 3, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m the station located in 8500 E. State Highway 58.
Activities will include a fish fry, bounce houses, prize draws and an interactive fire safety training trailer.
Everyone in the community is invited to enjoy the festivities and support local emergency responders.
