PETERSBURG – Senior Pastor Wenda McLean and her husband, Executive Pastor Victor McLean, are hosting a family and friends community outreach event at the Greater Works Christian Center.
The event will be held on August 13th from noon to 4pm at 3951 S. Crater Road.
The church will be giving away backpacks and 100 free bags of back-to-school supplies to help support families in the Tri-Cities area.
“Anything helps as a parent,” Wendy McLean said. “We just want to be a blessing.”
Everyone is invited to take advantage of this opportunity and spend time with their families and friends. There will be music, food, vendors and bouncy houses for kids.
“We’re a community church and we want the community to know we’re here for them,” Wenda McLean said.
