A child’s face is painted at Pepin Park Friday during the Human Resources Development Council’s District 4 Family Fun Day. HRDC joined Family Connections Montana, Bullhook Community Health Center and Plant a Seed…READ! at the event, which included food, face painting, bounce house games and more. Head Start and Early Head Start applications were available at Family Fun Day to help people sign up their children for early learning programs.
