HAMPDEN, Maine (WABI) – The town of Hampden hosted its first Fall Fest Sunday.
Not only were there bounce houses and outdoor games for kids, but also a corn hole and food for adults.
Local vendors displayed their art to the public.
Organizers say Hampden Fall Fest celebrates this special time of year.
“Meeting with people here, they’re talking about different festivals after COVID, to bring the community back together,” Hampden Rec. said principal Bryann Lentz.
“What better way to do it. Everybody loves fall. You know, everybody loves their kind of pumpkin. So, get them out here, have fun, and just be with your community.” .
