Community Food Pantry of the Antigo Area 11:00am-1:00pm Wednesday and 1:00pm-3:00pm Friday, 2120 Progress Blvd., Antigo (715) 623-1103. We ask that all people who wish to use the food pantry wait inside the cars or outside and a volunteer will provide instructions about the service. Community Food Pantry Elcho Area 2.30-4.30pm Monday, 4pm-6pm Wednesday, 11224 Carrer Antigo, Elcho. People will receive a food checklist and can indicate their selections and submit the list. WOW Presents – “Life through the Lens” Fall Art Show. Sept. 18-Oct. 2 (Sat. & Sun.) 11 a.m.-3 p.m. WOWSPACE Gallery, 114 W. Vinal St., Wittenberg. We are delighted to present a new autumn display which will be a photography exhibition. The 5 photographers who have been invited to participate in this unique show are incredibly talented in their hobby. It will be a juried show, judged by a professional photographer, with each participant choosing 10 of their best to exhibit. Photographers are Roger Bloemers, Wausau; Brian P. Gutheinz, bowler; Hans Schmitt, Birnamwood; Tom Walchesky, Howards Grove; and Brent Zeinert, Wittenberg.

Monday Funday at Jack Lake Mountain Bike Trail September 19 and September 26 at 5:30 p.m. Jack Lake Mountain Bike Trail, N8375 Park Rd., Deerbook. Come enjoy a night of mountain biking, trail running or hiking. Choose your favorite activity. Come alone or bring a friend. Meet other people who enjoy time outdoors and stay after for a social time. Relaxed atmosphere, go at your own pace, enjoy the outdoors! All abilities are welcome! Geezer bike ride Sept. 20 10 a.m. Antigo Public Library, 617 Clermont St., Antigo. Geezer Tuesday bike rides start from the Antigo Public Library parking lot, weather permitting. All are welcome. The group usually travels the less traveled urban and county roads. The distance depends on how far the participants want to go. Sometimes the group is split for those who want to ride shorter distances and those who might like longer rides. We also try to include areas with interesting flora and fauna. Projection of the life line Sept. 21 8am-2pm Langlade County Fairgrounds Multipurpose Building, 1633 Neva Rd., Antigo. Life Line Screening will have a clinic in the Clover Room of the Multipurpose Building. This clinic is designed to help find risk factors for many serious cardiovascular diseases and illnesses, including stroke, osteoporosis and many more. Car seat assembly station September 21 4-6pm Antigo Fire Department, 700 Edison St., Antigo. Free installation on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at the Antigo Town Hall Fire Department. Mobile COVID-19 vaccination clinic Sept. 22 9-11 a.m. Langlade County Health Department, 1225 Langlade Rd., Antigo. The COVID vaccines are FREE for anyone 6 months and older. No photo ID is required. 5th Ave Outdoor Makers Market September 23 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Corner of 5th Avenue and Edison Street, Antigo. Setup is free for all artists, crafters, carpenters, direct product sellers, and others with handmade and homemade items. (No stirring). The market will run every Friday in September/October weather permitting. All buyers and sellers are welcome.
