NORFOLK, Neb. — The Elkhorn Valley Museum welcomes back its Harvest & History Fest.

Harvest & History Fest will be on August 20 from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. in Parc de las Verges.

Attendees can start the day with a hot dog meal that runs from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Each plate costs $5.

Adults can sample Nebraska beer from Divots, Kinkaider and Infusion breweries with a $20 bottomless tasting glass.

There will also be team competitions for the grand prize of the Bucket Pong Tournament.

Other performances include bounce houses, pioneer games and toys, and a special performance by the String Beans.

The Fest will also feature Will Hutchinson and Vito Cole in the early afternoon and evening.

EVM will feature hall of fame lamb, Joan Wells; and old tractors will be on display.

Visitors during the event will receive discounted admission and can visit the museum and discovery area for $1 per person.

This is a community event to raise funds for the Elkhorn Valley Museum, and the museum will be selling raffle tickets for an Oculus Meta Quest virtual reality gaming system.
