Guide to Oshkosh Halloween 2022 haunted attractions and events


Haunted rides and Halloween-themed events take place throughout October in the Oshkosh area.

ZOOLOWEEN BOO

What: Come in costume and enjoy trick-or-treat stations, bounce houses, Halloween concessions, games, crafts, prizes, pets and more.

When: October 15 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m

Where: Menominee Park Zoo, 520 Pratt Trail, Oshkosh

Entry: $5 adults, $3 ages 2-17, free for 1 and under. Tickets can be purchased online or at the Oshkosh Parks Department.

Haunted EVENTS

What: Haunted Happenings will take place throughout the month with ghost tours highlighting The Grand’s 139-year history and the stories of the spirits within (both family-friendly and overnight). Other nights will have spooky season-themed trivia, Haunted Happy Hours, cocktail classes and grand finale events to commemorate Halloween.

When: Various dates and times throughout October. Visit the website for more information.

Where: The Grand Oshkosh, 100 High Ave., Oshkosh.

Entry: It depends on the event or excursion chosen.

VISITS TO THE RIBA CEMETERY

What: Choose from “Graphic Stories of Death” or “Graveyard Confessions”. Hosted by the Oshkosh Public Museum.

When: 10 am 22 and 29 October and 1.30 pm October. Other tickets are sold out.

Where: Riverside Cemetery, 1901 Algoma Blvd., Oshkosh.

Entry: $15

A NEW KIND OF HELL

What: This haunted attraction features real haunted artifacts hidden throughout the site. Check in at the asylum and access your new room. Try to escape Ed Gein’s Shed or John Gacy’s Crawlspace.

When: from 7pm to 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays, from September 30 to October 29; and from October 30 to 31

Where: 235 S. Wisconsin St., Berlin

Entry: $16
