CONTENT CONTRIBUTED: The new 3 Peaks Medical Plaza, a state-of-the-art complex housing more than a dozen health practices, provides comprehensive multi-specialty care to the people of Cache Valley. And the facility welcomes the community to its grand opening on Saturday, September 17th from 12-4pm at 2245 North 400 East in North Logan.
“There’s nothing like this in the valley,” said Director of Buildings Megan Lundgren. “It’s definitely very rewarding and it’s an exciting thing for the community.”
A ribbon cutting a Medical Square 3 Peaks will take place on Saturday at 12:30 p.m., followed by various activities and giveaways available from participating clinics, including free skin cancer screenings from Cache Valley Dermatology; free t-shirts for the first 100 people to visit Cache Valley Pharmacy; cotton candy and a game of Plinko (with prizes) at Willis Orthodontics; Primary Care Pediatrics face painting and balloon mascots; receive an ovulation predictor kit or Phexxi for pregnancy prevention from Mt. Naomi Women’s Health; spin the prize wheel, receive discounted cosmetic consultations and bags with any cosmetic consultation scheduled at Cache Valley ENT; games and prizes from The Allergy Clinic; Ascent Aesthetics skin image detection and analysis; and much more.
There will be food trucks on hand, free drinks, bounce houses for the kids, and lots of prizes to be given away, including a Nintendo Switch, kayak package, Botox, inflatable hot tub, pair of hearing aids, personalized. Shooting plugs, stuffed Yeti cooler, Camp Chef package and dutch oven and more. The event will be coordinated with Bank of Utah, North Logan City and Lundahl Buildings.
3 Peaks Medical Plaza is the vision of Dr. Jeffrey Bennion and Dr. James Blotter of Cache Valley Ear, Nose & Throat. They bought the land eight years ago with the intention of building a multifaceted medical center unlike anything else in the area. Other local practices became involved over time, and construction officially began in September 2020. The three-story, 46,748-square-foot building can accommodate up to 14 medical offices.
“The unique thing about this facility is all the doctors and owners of these individual clinics have come together as a groupand they own the building together,” Lundgren added.
Local talent was used as much as possible to build and design the facilities. The energy-efficient structure was designed by Christian Wilson of Center Street Architects, and Lundahl Building supervised construction. The main area features a stunning 3D topographical mural by Provo artist Havoc Hendricks.

Most all of these clinics have a long history in Cache Valley, Lundgren said. many of the providers have moved into private practice from the hospital setting in search of better patient care.
